Our dental office’s previous owner, Dr. Richard Morgan, was dedicated to serving his community as well as his country, and he always went out of his way to help others whenever they needed it. We can only aspire to continue his gift of providing compassionate, kind dental care to his patients, and strive to do just that. We remember Dr. Morgan, and hope that his kind spirit continues to guide our team.
Dr. Morgan’s Dental Story
After attending Sam Houston State University, Dr. Morgan received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston. Shortly after, he joined the U.S. Army Dental Corps as a Captain, returning home and opening his own dental office in Lubbock after a tour in South Vietnam.
Dr. Morgan was no stranger to being busy. He was an active member of professional organizations such as the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, South Plains District Dental Society, The Seattle Study Club, and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
